Blaser RD20 Red Dot
Specifically designed for their own hunting rifles (such as the R8 and R93), it features the original saddle mount integrated directly into its aluminum housing. This optimized design eliminates extra parts, reduces the overall weight to just 195 grams, and provides an exceptionally wide field of view for rapid shots during driven hunts.
Main features
- Total peripheral vision: Its inner lens has a diameter of 36 mm combined with a housing thickness of just 3.5 mm. When aiming with both eyes open, the structure almost disappears from view, facilitating rapid target acquisition on moving objects.
- Intelligent Battery Management (IIC): Incorporates the Intelligent Illumination Control system. It features an inclinometer that automatically turns off the red dot sight if the rifle is tilted vertically up or down or left at rest, and instantly reactivates it when the weapon is shouldered. After 6 hours of total inactivity, it shuts down completely, extending battery life to up to 50,000 hours.
- Reticle and brightness: It features a 2 MOA center dot (covering approximately 58 mm at 100 meters), ideal for balancing speed and accuracy without obscuring the target. It offers 30 levels of digitally adjustable brightness via top buttons.
- Extreme durability: The front and rear lenses are almost flush with the housing, making it easy to clean off water, snow, or dust. The aluminum body features a nitrogen-purged seal, making it waterproof to a depth of 4 meters.
