- SpeedSet Turret (CDS-SZL2): Elevation adjustment system that allows zeroing or changing of custom dials without the need for tools or Allen wrenches.
- Competition Grade Adjustments: Improved internal mechanics derived from the Mark series, offering more tactile clicks and greater internal adjustment travel.
- Integrated Magnification Lever: Includes as standard a low-profile throw lever for quick magnification changes, previously only available as an accessory.
- Robust Design: Redesigned tube to offer greater lifting travel, while maintaining Leupold's characteristic lightness.
